ACTION REQUIRED! On May 29th, 2025, a special HOA meeting was held, identifying the need for Phases 2 and 3 in need of completing Lot Declarations. The HOA attorney advised Frisco Ridge residents of an oversight by developers in filing the lot declarations with Canadian County, properly uniting phase 1 with phases 2 and 3. This is a task homeowners rarely ever see, as developers normally do this.
This means homeowners in phases 2 and 3 need to sign a lot declaration, formally acknowledging they are knowingly beholden to the current covenants with phase 1. This information was discovered as the HOA looked to update the current covenants for Frisco Ridge. In order to vote on and update the current covenants, lot declarations must be signed, notarized, and filed with Canadian County and the state of Oklahoma.
What is required of homeowners? Watch the YouTube video below, contact the HOA Board, print, fill out and sign (wet ink only) the Lot Declaration. The HOA Secretary will notarize it, and the Board will file it for you. It cost no money, and you will never see this again. But, failure to sign it now, could potentially cause time and money with lawyers and court fees if a homeowner gets into future litigation.

In order to make Frisco Ridge a better place to live,, we need volunteer help from our residents. As you know, our HOA relies heavily on the dedication and commitment of its volunteers to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of our neighborhood.
Volunteering in an HOA is not just about giving your time; it's about being part of something bigger. It's about contributing to the well-being of our community and creating a sense of belonging among residents. Whether it's beautifying common areas, planning social gatherings, or advocating for shared interests, volunteers play a crucial role in driving positive change.
Please consider joining a committee that you can share some knowledge and skills, or one that just interests you. Attend the monthly board meetings in order to be more informed on HOA happenings. Or express ideas to the board members directly. When elections occur, volunteer to be on the board.
Make your neighborhood a better place and contact the HOA or Committee Chairs to volunteer today!!!!

The Yukon CC has formally announced they are NO longer considering the Amphitheater project with Venu. The Amphitheater project is dead.
